History of the Epsilon Colony at Temple University

In the Fall of 2007, seven diverse women came together with a common goal. They wanted to create an organization where strong, individual women could come together and form a genuine network based on friendship, trust, and sisterhood. They visualized an organization that would strive to make an everlasting difference, and where every voice would be heard and every opinion considered. The road to the formation of Alpha Sigma Rho Epsilon Colony has not been easy, but all the friendships, accomplishments, and challenges have made the journey worth it.

History of the Founding Chapter at University Georgia at Athen

In the fall semester of 1997, six young ladies at the University of Georgia at Athens realized a need for Asian unity and a stronger voice in the campus community. They decided to start an Asian- interest sorority, which would become the first in the state of Georgia. With the help of six other friends, the founding mothers of Alpha Sigma Rho were assembled. Alpha Sigma Rho hopes to act as a unified voice for the expanding Asian population and instill a deeper awareness of the beauty of these cultures within the campus community at large.
